Problem fixed!

When I got this set, I had an issue. When I equipped the baby than a different object (like a mushroom), the figure would still act like it had the baby (I.e, I returned the baby even though it wasn't there). But when the update came, they fixed it! Also, you can recreate the penguin throwing scene from Mario 64 (Mweh heh heh...)

Great display and play piece

Most Lego Mario sets are pay pieces and that only. However, the more recent waves have been solving this, as with this, th upcoming Bowser’s Muscle Car, and Conkdor’s Noggin bopper are extremely cheap sets that have amazing play features and are great to display. I’m glad the rumors of the theme ending after the DK wave weren’t true.

This set is just so cute with the penguins and Goomba with the winter hat. The build is substantial, although a little dull since it's just a cave. The emptiness is good though for play.
