I'm reserving my review until an Alexa connectivity issue is resolved. Currently, the device is unable to pair with the Alexa App at the demo. location. Read below.
I otherwise like the microwave, and have an older model at my grandson's house which works wonderfully. He is blind, and has been asked to demonstrate voice-activated devices to others in the community......so resolving the Alexa issue is very important.

Easy microwave with perfects wattage for my blind mother to use with Alexa. She loves how easy it is to warm up items and the overall feel and capacity of the unit.

They replaced my <1 year old microwave under warranty as the front button/panel was literally melting/deforming. Two months into the replacement (similar but different model) and it's doing the same thing! I had my last non-Sharp microwave for 10 years! I only replaced it for cosmetic reasons but now wish I would've kept it. I have a dozen other kitchen appliances with no issues so, no, it's not my electrical in a 20 year old house.
