Good looking stove

It's a nice stove, look great and is working good. You can connect it to wifi, get the App and have a bunch of features. After testing 1, i keep buying more to install them at the apartments where i am working for. We are all happy to use those.

Good enough

We have owned this range for two weeks now. We solved the chemical odor with the oven by turning it to self-clean. It heated to 500 F. The chemical smell was awful, but eliminated by doing self-clean for two hours then shutting it off. We did keep all the windows open and fans running. We haven't had a problem since.
We don't like the oven window. It has a mesh pattern which prevents you from seeing if the food is bubbling over or browning or not. We don't like the fact that the oven timer only sets minutes and hours, no seconds. All of the heating elements work well and heat up fast. Food doesn't stick if you use stainless steel pans and heat on medium heat before adding oil or food. Adding a little water creates some steam which keeps the food from sticking.
We recommend the 3-ply Tramo. . . brand of stainless steel. There is another 3-ply brand that is 3-ply only on the bottom, but not on the sides. Beware of that. Your pans have to be flat-bottomed, literally. Take a ruler and put the edge on the bottom. If you can see light between the ruler and the pan, that pan can damage your cooktop.
The cooktop takes more time to clean. Black shows every crumb and streak. We have a cooktop spray degreaser and blade, but haven't needed them yet. Things wipe up with a damp cloth.
Overall we like the range and hope it holds up.
The oven temperature is not calibrated. I'm going to figure it out from the online manual or call someone to do it. Everything works, but yes, these new appliances are flimsy and won't hold up as long as my old GE of 18 years did.
Don' fuss about not getting a physical copy of the manual. It really does save the environment if you access it online which is easy to do. You can even switch it from PDF to Word during download. You can print a few select pages if you need to.
The cooktop takes more care.
