My first new computer in over 6 years, I stayed with HP because I really liked my Envy with the touchscreen. Unfortunately, I had to choose between storage and touchscreen, and storage won. So far I have liked it, it seems faster and is not crashing like my old one.
Set up was simple. All information from previous HP laptop was transferred easily and completely. Total setup time was less than 2 hours with everything ready to use.
Laptop works fine. Very light and speedy enough for basic operations. I just wish it had a couple of more USB ports. But for the price I paid, it was a bargain.
Good graphics. Good speed. The lighted keyboard option is a plus. 17 inch screen easy to read. Still getting use to Windows 11. Overall excellent PC for our needs.
Overall the system runs great and thank you for having this size screen. There's a whole generation of computer users that are tired of trying to squint their eyes at those 14 inch and smaller screens. There is one pretty serious problem that has me almost ready to try returning even though I already threw away the box. There is a slight yellow tint to the screen that I can't seem to get rid of. It's pretty annoying.
