This is an excellent laptop. It is so smooth and so easy to use. I love that you can customize most of the specs to make this laptop unique to you and your needs and wants. I love HP laptops, so this one was an easy sell. My wife has the same one and it is amazing. It is so fast. I love it.

My Hp laptop (first one I've ever had) replaces an Hp desktop. I really like the keyboard on my new Hp laptop as well as the screen size. Set up was simpler than I expected and I really like many of the features on the laptop, such as: pinning my most used websites in the task bar; being able to easily navigate various things from the "start" icon; how fast my new Hp laptop responds to my prompts; being able to easily print from the laptop; being able to use my laptop all around the house; how easy it is to adjust the screen brightness & volume and I have enjoyed watching my favorite tv show on the laptop as well. My only non-positive comment is how long the battery charge lasts. I expected to get close to 10-hours between charges but in reality, it is closer to 4-hours or 5 at most. On the plus side, the battery does recharge very quickly & it is easy to monitor the battery charge while using the laptop. Perhaps the way I have set up features on the computer is using more power? Overall, I am very pleased with my new Hp laptop and feel it is very well made & configured and I am glad I chose Hp.

brand new computer is slow. boot time is excessive. webbrowsing is slow compared to our other home computers. Paid extra for silver case & backlit keyboard. Lighting intensity is not adjustable, and is very dim. unacceptable.

I am impressed with the speed of the Intel Pentium Processor. The display is improved. I have an issue with Windows 11 Updates from HP. But I'm confident I'll get that worked out.
