The computer works well. I have had no problems with it other than all the preloaded junk which keeps trying to get me to subscribe to things I do not want or understand. It lacked good instructions when it came and if I had not already had a fair amount of experience I would have been lost on how some things worked. There was not even info on how to turn it on, which is a 2 step process not like how most machines work. Overall, I have been happy with it. I have only been using it for record keeping, word processing and online chat; nothing fancy.

So far, so good. A few 'bells and whistles' to decipher and learn; computer and Windows 11 stuff. Thanks to my association with Microsoft, it was out of the box, on the table, up and running without a glitch. Couple of things I need to work out, some apps that didn't transfer and I have to figure out a way to get them back up and running without paying for things I already own. Haven't had a chance to take it through any 'game' paces yet, but I suspect it'll be fine. Fast, clean, just what I needed

Another great HP laptop! This laptop was purchased as my last HP Pavilion purchased 12 years ago was not working as efficiently as needed. The performance is fantastic and works for what I need. I have only used the new pc a couple times but so far so good.. it is very nice looking, like the bigger screen.
