With this one you basically get what you pay for, which is what I was expecting from this purchase. This is basically my 2nd system that I keep available in our kitchen for when I grab coffee in the morning and review my calendar and read the various news events of the day. No touch screen or Facial "Hello" or fingerprint reader. You do have PIN set up available for security. The screen clarity is great. If you're looking for a basic system that IS just a laptop, this system is in that category

When a computer is working fine, you don't notice anything, and overall, this is working fine and smoothly. So here's what I hate: the touchpad, "mouse" buttons. It is all one thing, no separate left or right button, it is all part of the touchpad. This sucks in photoshop when I have to use multiple fingers on one touchpad. I will end up with a separate wireless mouse--which is fine. But if anything specific could be improved, give me a touchpad and 2 seperate buttons.

Is pretty much what I expected. Could have louder speakers. Quick and light compared to my old 17 DV7. An internal DVD write and play is missed. Just a big mess to have a stand alone player with wires. The idea of a laptop is supposed to be portability without the clutter. I would still recommend though. Have had pretty good luck with HP.

Obsessed with my new laptop! It’s like 3 lbs! I love the large display, the touch screen, the privacy shutter was a nice surprise! The backlit keyboard is EVERYTHING! I’m a blogger and I’m so so happy with this laptop, I’m on it like 10 hrs a day! My only gripe is I wish it had the facial recognition since I built it brand new and for the price, the fingerprint reader is nice though! The battery life also isn’t the BEST but I still LOVE this thing! Such a nice upgrade compared to my decade old HP. Can’t believe I suffered so long lol, I thought that one was great! The graphics on this thing are NUTS as well!🩷
