This laptop appears to be slow and needs higher amount of memory, at least 16GB straight out of the box, factory installed Win 11 OS. Factory built shipped with 8GB RAM to show cheaper price.

Very lightweight. Nice looking, thin. Was fairly easyvto set up and transfer files from old computer. Fast and quiet. I really only use it for email and online shopping. Occasionally use it for a word, powerpoint or excel.

The screen view is good, the speed is good, would have liked to have another USB port, and a HDMI port to connect to our big TV to watch various internet based TV shows. Like and appreciate the numeric keypad, but wish the laptop had the facility for lighting the keys for low light conditions (my previous laptop had these things, but didn't pass the Win11 criteria.

I ordered my HP laptop thinking that i was getting an upgraded version of my old laptop. Unfortunately, many features of this new laptop are substandard. The camera installed on the laptop is not an IR camera, which is necessary to use the 'windows Hello' facial recognition security software; which is installed! The computer is clunky and the screen colors are not vivid. I would absolutely not buy this product again, despite the sale price.
