With the cursor speed set all the way up, it STILL takes TWO swipes on the pad to move the cursor from one end to the other. Would not buy this model again.

Nothing saves on this computer except downloads. It is very frustrating!!! I cannot simply receive a document or a picture and save it where I want is while also naming it so I could find it. Some programs keep popping up asking to use them, but they all just want me to sign up for their service. Terrible!!!! All the computing power is not worth anything!

I purchased this laptop because I wanted a smaller computer to replace my HP desktop which lacked Windows 11. It is sleek and connects to my existing keyboard and monitor. I love HP computers. Several months ago I purchased the same laptop for my grandson who started college. We are both extremely happy with this laptop.
