Our first new laptop in 5+yrs, therefore the speed is refreshing. The only complaint I have is the battery life is relatively short. The setup was fairly painless, the quick guide was essential. The laptop is used for communications and research.

My computer is very capable of preforming all the tasks I need for home office and online music streaming and using iTunes. I frequently use Word and Excel for home office documents to keep up with personal data. The 16gb of operating memory is sufficient a long with the 1TB of storage. I only wish that the speakers were better and louder.

This was a custom build. Disappointed in the Office add on as I cannot use my Outlook pst file. I had to purchase and use a converter to convert these files to mbox for thunderbird.
