This was a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. She was so happy when she received it and couldn’t take me enough. She immediately opened it up and starting putting everything together. It was so quick and easy. She had no problems whatsoever. She loves it and use it now for college
So far that laptop is great. I like that is has two hard drives and it starts-up in no time. It feels great while in use, it is one of the best computers I have owned.
Mixed, I like the speed and clarity of the display, but hate the changed location of some keys (like power on/off). Also hate the word gmail labels substitute for files. That is a Windows 11 gmail issue though, not HP. Overall satisfied but certainly not thrilled.
Good Laptop. BUT I can not do any Microsoft updates due to lack of disk space... I have no other programs pn it there has got to be a way to add more disk space please tell me how??????
I finally went for the processing capacity with this computer. I had an HP 17in with the i3. Now I have the i7. Big difference especially I teach online classes sharing videos.
I have been using this device over the past few weeks and so far, it is able to deal with everything I throw at it. From running multiple applications and office programs to even a bit of light gaming, this device is a great deal for anyone looking for an all purpose computer that has a screen large enough to multitask whilst being light enough to transport. Having used a smaller HP device before, I was looking for a something that shared the same specs whilst having a screen that can easily be used when an external monitor is not available. The performance with the latest processor and SSD make opening apps a breeze. In this case, I am able to have a larger screen to accommodate running a spreadsheet whilst taking notes without worrying about eye strain. Overall, this is a great device for those looking for a larger sized laptop while having the performance power needed for everyday tasks.
The only things I would change would be the power key and additional usb jacks. I have no idea why you would move the power-on button into the line of other identical buttons. I like the led light but I have an older Hp and the button was top left by itself. Even in the dark, I could find the on button. Otherwise, I am very happy with my new computer.
