How Does a New Range Not Work????

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it new for Thanksgiving and the oven didn’t work. Service came out after Thanksgiving and the replacement piece needs to be ordered. I’ve had my new range for about 3.5 weeks and haven’t been able to use the oven yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great! One small thing I would change, I wish the range dials were more clearly marked. The black arrow on the black dial makes it difficult to see what you have the burner set at.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new range, I like how two of the burners can be skillet size or sauce pot size. The only thing that I think could be better is the line on the dial showing where the heat is set. It’s hard to see since its black line ke the dial.
