[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my stove a month ago it is not working properly very noisy makes a lot of noise the timer I set it idoesn't work I've almost burned things because I didn't hear the timer go off. It very noisy got a lot of crackles , when I open door to check my baked goods, lose a lot of the heat had to rebuild heat to start baking again? Not Happy with my Choice on this oven

Seriously defective cooktop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this range for less than a month. It's functional & heats as expected. However, I find the ceramic cooktop seriously flawed. My previous electric range with a ceramic cooktop was a Kenmore Elite. The cooktop was very durable. This Whirlpool unit already has stains I can't remove despite following instructions & being careful. VERY dissatisfied. I worry about out the effects of even 6 months use. Serious flaw with this range. I regret the purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Some aspects are cheaply made

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this for 2 1/2 weeks now and so far so good. The glass top is difficult to keep clean. The plastic knobs are flimsy and cheap. The bottom warmer drawer is also flimsy. To boil water takes a good 10 minutes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven makes pinging sound every time it is on even when it reaches the set temperature. I have called at lease 8 times for service and never can get through. When I call and I am prompted to enter my phone number it does not recognize number even though i did register the range. Again when I am prompted to enter model and serial number, i get no other prompt and it is like i never enter info.
