Looks Nice but High Maintenance and Hard to Clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The WFES3530RS has a smooth glass-ceramic cooktop that looks modern, but it’s not user-friendly and is high maintenance. I’ve been using it for only about 5–7 weeks, and I’m already dissatisfied. Even small spills can quickly turn into a hassle. Sugary or greasy spills often stick to the surface and harden, making them very hard to clean without special cleaners or a razor scraper. If you don’t clean it immediately, it can leave stains that are almost impossible to remove.
The surface also scratches easily, so you have to be extra careful not to slide pots or use cookware with rough bottoms. Regular cleaning isn’t enough—you need specific products to avoid damaging the finish, which makes cleanup feel more like a chore than a quick task.
Overall, this cooktop is delicate, hard to clean, and requires constant care. For only a few weeks of use, it’s already clear this model is more frustrating than functional.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Tight racks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Were pretty happy with our new stove. Only complaint is that the oven racks are too tight and won't slide in their grooves. The alert volume is too quiet, we have to use a hand timer if we're in the other room.

Not Bad Overall, Just Not My Favorite

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range came with the new build home we bought. I've never liked glass top stoves because they scratch so easily. My opinion has unfortunately not changed with this one. I used new pots that were meant for this type of stove, made sure I didn't slide them around too much, and it was scratched after about 4 uses. I would much rather regular burners with not glass top. Also, the burners seem so close to each other, or maybe just aren't off set enough because my set is pretty small and it's hard getting 4 pots or pans on the burners at one time. The stove and oven itself are good, I would have just preferred non glass top. I cook so often its annoying to have to be so careful because the glass is so sensitive.

I greatly dislike the drawer at the bottom - it is so hard to pull out and even harder to slide back in and get it even on the tracks, requires two hands. After one month of ownership, I do not even attempt to use the drawer anymore, too frustrating and time consuming. It is useless. Also the burner knobs would be better if they had better markings, like a color of white or silver instead of just the indention to show at what heat level it is pointed. Very hard to see at back of the oven and with shadows from cabinets, etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A 3 piece Whirlpool appliance came with the D R Horton home we purchased in Alabama. I did not get to choose them. Already purchased a French door refrigerator. I had an awesome Whirlpool wall oven in our former home but had to leave it for the new owner. I do not like the range that was supplied. It really is difficult to tell where the burner temperature dial is pointing since it's all black invisible groove!! We do not have natural gas and would have to install a propane tank - not desirable. When you are use to cooking with gas - electric will never do. Oven works fine.
