Need an operational instruction book

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was bought for a 93 year old woman. The stove is good but the controls are challenging. Especially, when you cannot download an instruction book.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The materials seem cheap. Glass top already scratched, and porcelain marked/chipped after just a few weeks. I had a similar Whirlpool range for 20 years and never saw this damage.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Pre heat feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the almost instant pre heat element on my electric range. My last range took almost 15 minutes to pre heat. The temperature on my new range is consistent and accurate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this electric whirlpool oven last month to replace my previous one that was very similar. It was 20 years old and worked well until the oven failed. The new one has a different feel to the knobs and the weight of the oven door and how it closes. The top rack is so tight that I cannot pull it out. There’s nothing wrong with it but it just feels cheaper made. And I’m sure it is being 20 years difference past the purchase of last one.
