Oven Troubles

I bought this appliance October 2024. By April 2025 I was having issues with the oven temp dropping so low (by 50 degrees at times) I would have to change the temperature setting and force the oven to preheat again to regain the appropriate cook temp. This caused cook times to be longer and baking impossible. I did an oven recalibration raising the oven temp by 30 degrees. It did not help. I notified the vendor. A tech checked the oven and the mother board and heat sensor were changed in May 2025. The fix seemed to work for awhile, however, in July I was cooking chicken breast in the oven and notice the the internal temp of 165 had not been reached and was off by 30 degrees. Upon checking the oven temp it had fallen from 350 to 305. I raised the oven temp to 385 to get through the cook. I recalibrated the oven up by 30 degree again. I have been afraid to use the oven. I will wait to see what happens. I would like to trade this unit in to regain some value a purchase a range with a more reliable oven. I can not recommend this model. I do have other Whirlpool appliances that I highly recommend.

Cooks great but has its flaws on the range top

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am real unhappy with the staining after one use of the range top.Fried some food with a bit of oil spatter, the burners are stained with spots that I am unable to get clean. And again this is after 1 use. I was unable to include photo of staining, but can send in email upon request

no volume or way to adjust on tone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tone to let you know when oven has reached the preset temperature and for the timer is not very loud at all, our other whirlpool range was loud enough to hear in another room.
