Horrible experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a brand new home which came with wirlpool appliances. The first time we used the oven it tripped our breaker and do so every time we reset it. The home builder said we needed to contact wirlpool for warranty claim. After many attempts to contact them on there horrible automated phone system and being on hold for over 30 minutes I would have to hang up because I work during the only hours they are open. I finally after 1 hour on hold got in touch with someone who has to put me on hold again for over 30 minutes to talk to someone else. Then they tell me they need to send someone to my house but the soonest they could come was over two weeks away. I will never buy another wirlpool product again or anything with them in it.

Almost perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great oven, all is well, except the drawer design is, quite frankly, awful. It’s really just sheet metal, it’s flimsy, and sharp. When inserting the drawer into oven, it doesn’t even maintain its shape because of it’s thin gage. It wobbles like a pool noodle. I’d give the drawer an F, but overall- the oven itself is otherwise great.
I would recommend this to a friend!
