Need User’s Manual

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried several times to get a User’s Manual with no success. Twice the call was dropped while I was waiting to be connected. Another time, same thing happened when someone told me they would transfer me to right person. Therefore, I cannot give this range an accurate rating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this range about a month ago and am still not comfortable using it. The right front single burner seems to get extremely hot. Unusual to me. This model does have a preheat mode. It did Not come with instructions, except for installation. Unit is a light weight model compared to my previous oven.

The entire cook surface gets hot when baking, the control knob panel gets hot when oven is on, the outside of the door gets hot when the oven is on, if we had small children, I would have to keep the out of the kitchen when it was on, the heating element on oven bottom is exposed. If something should overflow during cooking it is going to be hard to clean. Not pleased for the price that it is not self-cleaning. No handle on the storage drawer, small finger opening has a sharp edge inside. Have to worry about cutting my fingers when opening the drawer. It also is not large enough to store my baking sheets or cooling racks; the sides are only 4" high and drawer length is 16". Does not slide well on the metal track.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don't get a Whirlpool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first range that was installed squeaked loudly when the oven was heating and while it was cooking, probably due to expansion. It was a little quieter when I fixed the rubber door gasket by putting the clips in their holes. That range was returned, and this one squeaks too. Not as badly, but it the thing squeaks. If my wife wasn't tired of dealing with the return and redelivery I'd return it and purchase a different brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1st time with glass cook top. VERY disappointing in ability to keep clean! Weiman cook top cleaner does not get the hard stuff! I still have a little Cook Top Creme made by Elco Laboratories and it's great stuff! Crusted food comes off easily! But cannot get it anymore!

Range top scaring

The first time using range there there is some sort of scaring on cook top that could not be cleaned away I am very careful when cooking. I take very good care of everything, I am very unhappy with the cook top.
