OK purchase....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago. Ours went out and we needed a stove that day. We brought it home ourselves. The service guy had to come a couple days later to adjust the temperature. The oven was off 60 degrees. It's still not quite right. I now have an oven thermometer in to watch what I'm cooking. No manual to understand how the timer vs the cook time works. Not sure if I'm supposed to only turn the knobs one way or either way. The bottom drawer is a bit flimsy. I wasn't told how to clean a glass top. I googled and found a cleaner and scrubber for it. Just a bit disappointed in a small business that should be trying to get my business since this was my first purchase there and I had told them I was going to be needing a refrigerator and over the stove low-profile microwave soon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The draw on the bottom is very hard to open and close it is very flimsy. Otherwise the stove is good. It does have a preheat mode.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is easy to use. However, it takes longer to clean a cook top than to cook. Also, when baking, the top of the food doesn't even get darker. The door doesn't close smooth. I hade Whirlpool range before this one and it worked very well, though had a problem with cook top as it became black where burners were.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
