[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this May 29, 2024 and it never worked. Only to find out it needs a temperature harness. You think they would have expedited the order from the beginning but they waited until I called to complain. They were of no help. My family has been without this major appliance. I would highly recommend that no one order a Whirlpool Appliance. When something like this happens Whirlpool should be sending us a new range. We are very disappointed with this company.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use and the oven heats so fast !All my pans fit nicely into the bottom storage.
I am elderly and hooked up the electric cord and leveled it by myself!

Cheap metal body, Heat escapes into the kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When this arrived, the bottom drawer was not fitting correctly and replacement is better, but it is so cheaply made. I am very disappointed in the quality. I have since learned that all currently made appliances in this country are cheap and will not last twenty years like the old ones used to. It is not just whirlpool. Now I wish I had repaired the handle on my old Amana that was still working great and was made much better than this flimsy range. Things should get better as years go by instead of made cheaply, and having to be replaced two or three times more often than older appliances.
