Danger** Beware of harmful burn - Rack jammed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the racks is jammed. I have nearly burnt myself trying to pull the rack out. Something is not right.

Lovely Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old range wore out. Literally. I chose this one with the glass top as one of the real annoyances of my old range was food spilling over into the drip pans and then having to clean them. With the smooth glass top this is no longer a problem.
