New Stove

I have only used it a few times, but overall, I am pleased with it. I would prefer if the larger burner had been placed at the rear and not the front. When I use the timer, there is no indication that it has started once I press the start button. The oven preheats very quickly. Overall, the size works well with my kitchen.

Great Product

We love this product. The gas range is our favorite part of this product. Water boils so much more faster and we have the flat plate in the middle which we love to use for hibachi or even cooking eggs and bacon on.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not ready

Can't rate yet. Worked for two weeks. Have to have it repair. Bake cycle not working. Nice looking oven. Crisp and boiler work.

We recommend trying out an electronic reset. This can be done by unplugging the power cord for 2-3 minutes, then plugging it back in. We also recommend checking that the outlet is working properly, you can also check and perform the reset at the breaker.
If this doesn't help, then we do suggest scheduling service with our Bodewell team. You can do so by calling 1-833-426-3393 or by visiting this link: https://www.bodewell.com/schedule-repair-service
