I am having a blast with this phone. Everybody is laughing at my BIG phone but I am loving it. It looks and operate like a mini computer with some great features. LOVE IT!!!
Pros: Style/Design, easy to use, Quality

I love the Intuition, the way it operates, readability, cameral, everything,...except the last software update which created a neverending menace with Media Scan. Media Scan will automatically start after 1 or 2 photos are taken, a picture downloaded, or a restart. And from there it runs non-stop. I've tried the listed fixes on the internet you may find and still have issues. I keep disabling it from running which sometimes works and sometimes it doesn't. The bad thing is that once it's running, there's no using the camera, listening to music, etc. This need a FIX!

Horrible Battery

I purchased this phone about 3 weeks ago, and I have yet to be able to go through a full day without contstantly charging this phone. It stated that it had 15 hrs of talking time but I can average that out at being about 4 hours before having to charge the device. It takes forever for the device to fully charge, coming from an iPHONE this has been a huge inconvience for me, being that with my Iphone i was able to charge my phone in my car and about time I reached my destination my phone would have a good charge. Im not happy that the phone doesnt have a stylis department on the phone. This phone doesnt have any acessories for this device either. Other than this I can tolerate the device but I cant say I love it. I encourage user to explore other options before picking this device.

From day one this phone was malfunctioning. It's slow as molasses and doesn't have a great user interface. I would not recommend to anyone.

3rd replacement phone in the mail now.

Bought my phone in late fall 2012, LG update issued in Feb/March 2013 took out phone and had to have replacement sent out. Was working fine until last week when it would no longer turn on. Hard factory reset, no changes, 2nd replacement sent out. 1 week later same problem happens again, would not turn on. Hard factory reset again, no changes. 3rd replacement on its way now.
I am actually a fan of this phone and when it is working properly is great, however I cannot give any rating above poor until I have a phone that works more than a couple months or even a week for that matter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Favorite phone ever

This by far my favorite phone ever! I love it's humongous size, stylus, note apps, personalization features, everything.
The only cons about this phone is the battery life and call quality.

I have had this phone for over 4 months so I'm fairly sure I used all of the basic features by now.
The large screen makes viewing pictures, directions and emails much easier than on my previous phones with only 4 inch screens.
The call quality is good, I can hear the caller and the caller can hear me.
The only drawback so far is that graphic intensive games drain the battery. On days when I am just making calls and sending texts, there is plenty of battery left at end of the day.

The size of the screen is sensational. The 4glte is almost instant for downloading and uploading and streaming movies. Everyone that I know asks me, "Is that a phone?" This product has the power of a tablet and the functionality of a phone. The LG Intuition is the largest (literally) mobile asset in my technology toolbox. I recommend everyone have this phone. I will NEVER switch to an Iphone. :)
