Heavy, awkward, cheaply made

This vacuum is sooo heavy and difficult to use.
We have had handheld vacuums before.
This one arrived with two screws rattling around inside that we could see but not get out.
It only works if it submerged up to the handle in water (so good luck doing steps), and has only the one wide attachment, no smaller brush head.
Sent it back immediately.
