It's just okay

I bought two of these units for my heat pumps when adding some smart devices to my home. It works okay, and that's it. Pairing was troublesome, but when I got them connected it worked well. The app works well and functionality seems to work fine. HOWEVER: There is no real thermostatic control as this remote sends signals only, it doesn't receive from the heat pump. It might as well have a on/off switch as the setpoint for temperature does not work. Setting to Cooling mode at 20ºC will still freeze you out of the room, and setting heat to 18ºC will blast well beyond 25ºC. Automatic mode doesnt work, dehumidify doesn't work. I had high hopes for this product.

The only issue I find is that the voice controls are not very intuitive, I can’t say turn on the AC, I have to say set the AC to cool instead

Good Concept Not Good Follow up

Had the unit for 8 months now - Geofencing still doesn't work, Thermostat control doesn't really work, it relies on the heat pump Temperature Compensation, which is really poor. I set a schedule and it doesn't like to follow it, about half the days it fails to follow it. Support from MYSA is supper slow (a week to get an email answer). My heat pump has a "Turbo Mode" for quick heating - MYSA can't activate it so I have to use the remote. Basically I bought 2 of these for better thermostatic control and to set up a schedule, these devices struggle to do either. Their Software is not ready for Prime Time, but they have been promising me it will be fixed for about 6 months now. I'd buy a Sensibo if I were to do it over.

The least reliable product ever! This product does not work. If you have your AC facing your router, MAYBE you have a chance to be able to make the product work. I tried many times to sync the application to the thermostat, and it only got synced one time out of several trials. After it got synced, it couldn't update because it was probably too far from the router. So the update remained unfinished and the syncing could not be completed. I tried several other times to make it resync and update it, and everytime the update was failed. I'm so disappointed from this company because I very much like their thermostat for the heaters but this product ruined their reputation for me.

Poor unit control.

Temperature control is terrible. It only sends signals to the mini-split in Fahrenheit, even if the settings are set to Celsius, so Fahrenheit is what gets displayed on the indoor unit. On top of that, it only sends Fahrenheit signals in increments of 2°.
Because of what displays on the unit, I just use Fahrenheit on the Mysa. I might set a temperature of 71°F, but when I check the graph, the temperature can be several degrees above or below the setpoint—not as a normal temperature swing, but in a completely random way. It might slowly climb to 73°F over a few hours, then drop all the way down to 68°F before creeping back up again. This happens unpredictably, sometimes forcing me to adjust the setpoint just to get the unit to operate properly since it drifts so far from the intended temperature. When it does hold closer to the setpoint, it generally stays about 1° below, and the unit may even shut off despite that small difference still existing.
When I tried using the schedule setting, temperature control and swings became even worse. It took so long to heat up the space and stabilize that I eventually stopped using that feature altogether. On top of that, since switching to Mysa, I’ve had the highest electric bill I’ve ever had in this household—about a third higher than my previous highest bill.
I really wanted to like this product, but at this point, it just feels like wasted money.
I contacted their team, but it didn't appear much could be done at this time to improve the operation, and they hoped for a fix in future updates.
