This is the pc of nightmares.
Here's just some of the list of things that stopped working or issues that occurred:
1. During installation of windows the pc wanted me to connect to the internet but the ethernet port did not work. So I had to use wifi. (Troubleshooted this, my cable was fine)
2. BSOD blue screen Of death after one day of use. CRITICAL PROCESS DIED". Reinstalled windows. This did not work to fix the random blue screens.
3. I Figured maybe my updates to the nvidia and AMD drivers were causing some sort of overlayering and that was creating the crashes, so I used DDU In safe mode to uninstall all old drivers and reinstalled the latest ones. This did not work. B.S.O.D shortly after boot. 60% of the time. Frozen desktop for 15sec then dies.
4. After reinstalling windows seven times within a week I tried reseating the ram and the ssd and gpu. (Keep in mind.I know nothing about computers. So prob definitely broke something) Now after booting up my PC I get a black screen and no peripheral inputs. Also the rgb is now off on the ram idk.
I know nothing about PC's and I wanted to buy a pre Built so I could get something powerful out of the box. And this experience has made me never want to buy a desktop pc ever again.
《 DO NOT BUY FROM CYBERPOWER PC THERE IS MAYBE A 25% CHANCE YOURS WILL BE DEFECTIVE. TAKE THE RISK IF TOU DARE. 》

Today when i received the pc i tried to boot it and it would let me set it up then it would die out of no where the issue was one of the power supply cables wasn't plugged in completely i ended up fixing it now its smooth no bluescreen issues as of yet but if you have an issue with this pc checks the parts due to poor handling while shipping or garbage builders, just keep it in mind if it does bluescreen i recommend using the windows creation tool using a flash drive to reinstall windows.

CYBERpowerpc gamer master gaming pc - GMA1420A3

After crashing my Core i7 10th gen laptop with RTX 2070 Max-Q, I decided to make the switch to a desktop PC with a Ryzen processor, aiming to avoid the noisy fans and high temperatures. This CYBERPOWERPC Gamer Master has blown my expectations away. Not only does it outperform my previous machine, but it also handles games like GTA 5 Online on maxed-out settings, delivering consistent 80-110 fps—something my old laptop couldn’t achieve even on medium settings.
The future-proof DDR5 motherboard allows for easy upgrades, whether it’s the GPU, RAM, or SSD. There’s even room to add extra PCIe connectors like USB3 and USB-C ports, which is a great bonus. The RGB lighting is a nice touch, fully customizable with the ASUS app, and I love how quiet this machine is, even under heavy load. You can control fan noise and adjust CPU/GPU performance using the Armoury Crate software.
One thing to keep in mind: double-check all cables and make sure the GPU and RAM are properly seated before your first boot. The PC comes with a 16GB RAM stick from Patriot, running at 6000 MT/s with CL36 latency, which is perfect for my current needs. In the future, I might upgrade to 4x32GB RAM to boost my machine learning work.
Overall, this machine is incredible—performing like a high-end gaming laptop but at a fraction of the cost, with ultra-quiet operation and excellent FPS. Plus, it comes with a high-quality gaming mouse and keyboard right out of the box. Definitely worth every penny!

Such a shame... completely broken WiFi card.

I so, so badly wanted to leave a stellar review and probably would have... However, that's pretty much impossible because I'm fairly certain the wireless WiFi card came busted or is missing altogether. Because of this, I'm unable to connect the computer to the Internet. I can't use Ethernet either because the cable for it is being used by another PC and I don't feel like lugging my computer all the way back downstairs where the Ethernet router is located. I shouldn't have to, anyways; I should be able to just plug and play this PC considering I bought it for the convenience factor and not having to go through the trouble of putting it together myself. I'll change the rating if/once I receive help to get the WiFi card working again, or CyberPowerPC replaces it. Other than this glaring issue, the PC runs well and looks good.

I got the bad one

PC took 4 weeks to arrive, box had a large gouge in the bottom but the pc looked fine. Started great but within 24 hours it slowed to a halt, both responsiveness when launching programs or right clicking to just get windows menu. I have an 8 year old HP Omen on the same network and the Omen was getting 10x faster internet speed. I reset the pc and reinstalled windows fresh and at first it ran fine again but about 8 hours later everything slowed to a grind. I did boot time scan and it revealed a ton of corrupted Gigabyte files but I feel the issue is hardware related. I got a lemon.
