Nice option

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Normally, I would focus on the cooling side of this product but dont overlook the heating side. Older people get cold quickly and instead of having everyone melt, having this as an option to keep them toasty is far easier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Products work well and the airflow is good and on cooling setting air is actually colder than the air around you. Warm setting is nice and will work well u set a jacket. Will definitely be using this to keep warm this winter!

So many smart features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took a little trial and error to understand how it works fully, but it's actually really nice. I like how you can change the speed the fan is going, and also have said fan running alongside the heating and cooling pad. I haven't had to charge it yet, but it's been maybe 3 hours of use in total. The adjustability is nice, you could probably use it for other body parts if you really wanted to. All in all, a great product for climates that are ever changing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So this is only for cold air and slightly warm air. It’s not hot air so I recommend this for the summer, not the winter. It’s a nice design but maybe adding a padding/soft cover would make this product better.

Works Like A Charm

The back of neck plate cools and heats quickly and the fan blows comfortably. It lasts a long time with a full charge. I’m excited to test the heating function in cold weather but it’s still hot in Texas so the cooling function has been very helpful when walking my dogs, working on my yard, or working around the house.
