I received this as a birthday present! I wanted a smart watch to help more with keeping track of my activities - this does the trick - but not huge and bulky like other smart watches.

Beautiful

I bought this watch about a month ago and I love it, it’s really helped me track my sleep and workouts, recovery mental cycle, everything. My favorite part is it’s a little smaller and dressier than most smart watches. I’m able to wear it to a nice dinner and not feel underdressed. I love it!

Not customizable enough.

It was a gift so I am keeping it. But very limited watch faces, can't change the bezel image. Just very limited options.

Need to get rid of mandatory weight

Threw it out as soon as I saw I couldn't even remove weight/BMI from the app display, let alone refuse to enter this data. This is unacceptable. I was hoping to switch over from FitBit, but after this experience I will never buy another Garmin product again.

Difficult for senior citizens

I had to call my daughter to understand setting it up. A plug in charger should be included.

I love the size and style of the watch. The leather band fit is a little small and can be uncomfortable during rest if not loosened a bit. I am disappointed that the battery is frequently draining. There's been nights I can't obtain a sleep score because the battery needed to be charged. I learned that turning off "location always on" helps, but haven't made it a full 1-2 days without needing a charge. Another glitch I experience is that the interface doesn't always show when tapped. Sometimes, it' 's because the battery is drained without me knowing, which again is a bummer.

Haven't had the Lily 2 for long enough to give a complete review but so far I am very happy with it's performance. It was a little difficult to weed through how everything works as my former watch was a different brand but after figuring it out; it's a great watch.
