Watch is ok. Seems to perform as expected. It was glitchy setting up and not the usual ease with apple when going from one to another. The band was a cheap piece of velcro and the watch does not come with a charger and requires a USB C charger which everyone may not have on hand.

I DONT HAVE THIS DEVICE! I have tried not once, not twice, but three times to order this devices through the app and then over the phone. All attempts failed. Yet I do a BYOD watch and still cannot do it through this “convenient app”, have to call in, that’s a whole hour of my life I can’t get back, and then get a review about a series 9 watch I DONT have. LOL this company is a joke.

Pares beautifully with my iPhone and is pretty as well as comfortable. Only con is it does not pick up stair flights or exercise well, it does count steps just fine. It won’t replace a specific device for working out, but makes my life easier not having to tote my phone everywhere.
