Great range. Love the French doors.

What sold us are the French doors. It doesn’t get old seeing the doors open instead of one large swing-down door.
We love the center 5th burner with low simmer.
We would have gotten the 6 burner 30” Cap., but the output was more than what we needed. It was really a toss-up between the 5 burner and 6 burner.
We also love the lighted knobs. They are a great safety feature to let us know whether or not a burner or oven is left open.
I do wish there was a beep or something to let us know when the set temperature is reached, but something to easily get over. Honestly, we just wait to hear the burner turn off and we know the temperature has been reached.
We also don’t mind having no other electronics to get in the way of the beauty of the range. We love that it is a range - pure and simple.
I can easily say, this is the best gas range we have ever bought. I just wish our local store in Texas also sold other Forno appliances.

Stunning range

After a few days, the cooktop is very responsive and easy to clean. I haven't used the oven yet. I will use an oven thermometer to help adjust the temperature as the oven temp knob is in 50 degree on increments.

No setting for air fry?

Why isn't there a setting for air fry? The direction say to set the"convection fan" on but there isn't a button or labeled setting. So it's a guess on which convention to use if. That is even right.
