The gas range came damaged and although parts were not easy to access our support person worked hard and getting the replacement parts as quick as possible.

I got my range a week ago. So far it’s working as expected and I’m happy with everything except the oven knobs. They get very hot when the oven is on. I will be contacting the company to see if they have a fix for this. Pros: there is no computer or touch screen, the burners are nicely sized and powerful, with even heat distribution, the oven works well and seems to bake evenly, the telescopic oven racks are great and I love the ease of access with the French doors. Cons: so far just the hot knobs, which get hot enough that you need oven mitts to turn them after an hour.
