We decided to by a full Forno package based on this range. Range came in perfect condition, but everything else including the replacements for the damaged items was damaged when we received it. We chose this range because its the only 30" electric on the market that we have ever seen with French doors and it doesn't have any digital junk on it. It doesn't even tell you the oven temp. We got a thermometer for that and it hangs in the window. Hope it lasts forever.

New product the limits to stove top won't turn off. The oven light will not come on. Need a service tech to look at it.
