Great deal on oven was worth the wait!

Finally got my double wall electric oven from GE. This product was such a great deal that it was on back order but the price I got wa worth the wait.

Solid Performer with All the Modern Features

This oven replaced a bog-standard Whirlpool oven that had no convention, no self cleaning in lower oven, and poorly performing broiler. It has been a significant upgrade and bakes and broils very well indeed. I’ve deducted one star because the concealed bottom heating element results in very slow preheating, which is a bit annoying, particularly in the morning when I want to bake bacon for breakfast, and I have to remember to add enough time for this.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This oven takes a very long g time to preheat. It also puts a lot of heat into the kitchen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

As much as I wanted to fall in love with this oven I can’t. The reviews are correct. It takes a long time to warm up 10-15 minutes. When baking it doesn’t seem to cook my food in the time of a recipe. I have to add more time. I also do not like the feature in which both oven lights are on despite only using one oven. I do like that you can turn off n on the stove from your phone.

So far, flawless

Bought this over to replace a twenty year old GE oven. So far, it's been great. Convection feature cooks food perfectly. And I love that I can monitor food remotely using the app. Interior space is also much bigger than the old oven. Plus, it's great looking.
