Not working correctly, and complications

Old oven being replaced after 20+ years. This one had same features plus WiFi. As installed, upper oven would not reach 450F preheat for 45 minutes and meal was burned on top after cooking. Scheduling service online was no good..system down, finally got a phone connection, but GE can't find a service person near me, yet. Getting the WiFi connection on the oven took a long time to do, and then started getting software upgrades repeatedly, but oven still not working. Also, must say I dislike the menu driven options as opposed to dedicated buttons the old oven had. Plus, no manual supplied with the oven! I am expected to print out a 52 page manual or install a computer near the oven.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

GE Double Wall Oven

I recently purchased a GE 27" Double Wall Oven. I love the sleek modern minimalist look which is perfect for my kitchen. The " dashboard" lights up when needed which is perfect and the pull out rack is excellent and very useful.
The ratings for this unit are excellent and it was highly recommended by experts - a win on all fronts.

Auto conversion is a great feature along with he Steam Clean option.
All functions of this until are optimal and I look forward to many years ease.

Great Oven with Great Features

We replaced a 20+ year old double oven with a GE. We only had 3-4 brands to choose from due to the size that was needed. We chose GE due to prior experience with GE products. The display is great and easy to function. The built in temperature probe works very well.
