DO NOT BUY - Complete and Utter Garbage

My oven was installed 3 months ago.
Tonight while cooking dinner the SmartHQ app asked to update. I said yes, the update failed and now the oven won't even turn on. It is now the day before Thanksgiving. My house is full of family from all over the country, food is in the fridge and my oven doesn't work. The poverty of the English language does not allow me to express how awful my experience has been with this appliance.

The oven is great! It heats up quickly and the cooking process is even and finishes accurately. I love the clean glass display screen look! I Roasted a prime rib in the confection upper at 350 and roasted potatoes and dinner rolls from scratch at 400 at the same time. the oven never missed a beat! everything came out as planned and on
time. love the oven!!

Love this oven. You can choose between convection and conventional oven on the top oven - the oven also has a proof setting which I love when I'm making bread. You can start the oven remotely which is helpful if you want to start it on the way home so you can throw something in. It's been really great!

Excellent Built in Double Oven

This oven replaced an 8 year old oven by another manufacturer. The old oven was noisy; this oven is very quiet, both when it is heating up and when it cools down. The old oven didn’t heat evenly, even on convection bake. This GE oven isn’t perfectly even, but it is just about; virtually no issues when cooking cookies. The only complaint, and it wasn’t enough of a complaint to change the overall rating, is that it is slow to heat up. The old oven had a rapid preheat option; this one doesn’t. The self clean feature works very well.

The unit cooks the food great. I feel like it takes a long time to preheat to desired temp. I do like the sleek digital display that disappears when not in use and the remote start/stop.

Wall oven was delivered in perfect shape ahead of the time expected. Installation was simple and quick. So far, the ovens have performed as expected. It’s only been three weeks so it’s too early to comment on reliability and cleanablity. At this time, we are very happy with the ovens.
