DO NOT BUY - Complete and Utter Garbage

My oven was installed 3 months ago. Tonight while cooking dinner the SmartHQ app asked to update. I said yes, the update failed and now the oven won't even turn on. It is now the day before Thanksgiving. My house is full of family from all over the country, food is in the fridge and my oven doesn't work. The poverty of the English language does not allow me to express how awful my experience has been with this appliance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
