I love this unit!! After 6 years (! Yep only) my whirlpool broke. I hated that thing extremely. I wasn’t expecting much from GE but ‘oh my God’! This is the best appliance ever!!! Most importantly it is QUIET!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

The oven takes forever to heat to temperature. Took over 15 minutes to get to 400. Takes a very long time to cool down even with the door open and fan running. The alarm beeping sound can barely be heard even when standing infront of it. There's no point in having a timer if you can't hear it. When baking cookies, I have to spin the cookie sheet because the one's in the back near the fan get browner faster. It does however, do a decent job for the most part.

The volume of the alarm beeping sound is not able to be adjusted higher if it is at the maximum level. Details for adjusting the volume can be found on page 9 in your manual:

Excellent Oven with Nearly Excellent Voice Control

Everything we cook in this new GE double oven comes out better than ever. It must be the precision oven temperature and convection making the difference. The only improvement to recommend at this time is to allow for voice control of the oven lights and the proofing mode. Alexa is unable to control either of these features, resulting in fingerprints on the control panel when they are set manually.

Was very easy to install, feels expensive, no door issues or wobble issues as with other ovens, love the sliding rack, love the smart features, still have to learn though, but I just ordered Alexa to preheat the oven while taking shower, lol. Bakes like heaven. Pizza comes out bubbly. It's so quiet. OMG. I can't hear it. Even cooling down is super quiet.

Love all the features - proofing bread, convection

The oven is great and fit perfectly in the place of the prior oven I removed. I love all the features on the oven. It does seem to take a while longer than our other oven to preheat - not sure if that is something to do with the heating elements being on top of the oven vs bottom like our old oven. The other really difficult thing to figure out is the smart oven setup with Amazon Alexa - I could not figure out how to add my new oven in the SmartHQ app, so that took longer than I expected it should.

An upgrade from an existing GE electric oven of 20 years! The features are amazing and how technology has combined with baking. It bakes like a champ and the sleekness and shine add to the finesse of my kitchen! Would highly recommend to anyone who is a serious baker!
