A little trouble downloading the app, but customer support was very helpful. I love that you get a message when the timer runs out on the oven.

Amazing features and tech support

I had a technical problem during the first few days I called support they were helpful and courteous. The ovens WiFi features for my smart phone are great at letting me know when a dish is finished or the oven has finished pre-heating. I only wish the bottom oven was a convection like the top.

Easy to install, great features, temperature tests were spot on. It easily works with Google Home. Dial-less front face is easy to clean and looks great. The oven is great. It came with 4 ovenracks, but only 1 was the easy roll out type. I wish it had 2, one for each oven.

I love love love this oven! I can't say enough about the amazing features! App-enabled, secure, built-in probe thermometer, great sounds, easy to use features... the list goes on and on. Had it now for 3 weeks and family is super impressed at how evenly it heats & how nicely it browns.
