Takes forever for oven to heat and then many times the item is not fully cooked when using timer

A perfect replacement!

When I needed to replace my old double oven, I immediately investigated GE ovens. Why? My current GE wall oven was 23 years old and had never needed a service call in all those years! Also I read about the Fit Guarantee offered by GE, so I hoped no carpentry would be needed during the installation. This was true, as the installation was quick and easy! I love the look of my new oven and the great new features, especially the fact that the oven racks can be left in to be cleaned when using the self-clean feature.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's Fun to Cook Again

The double ovens with convection on the lower one has made our cooking fun again. The kitchen is brightened by the fine finish and black glass. We find the cooking temperatures accurate, although it preheats a bit more slowly than are old ones. The size was perfect and the roll out rack on the upper oven makes spills and burns much more unlikely.

Love the state of the art features!

My daughter is a Pastry Chef and loves the ease of use/ Bluetooth capability of turning the oven off. She did notice the temperature fluctuations by a few degrees on the upper vs. lower oven but we are very satisfied with the over-all sleek look and performance!

Excellent Oven

This oven has been installed about 1 week and we've used both upper and lower ovens for baking bread, lasagna, stuffed peppers and even fries. So far everything is working great. We've connected the oven to our home network and google assistant but haven't tried doing anything fancy with those features yet. For installation, we did have to enlarge the cabinet opening a little, which was quite inconvenient. Luckily a neighbor recommended someone and he was available to help us. We have submitted for reimbursement for the cost of modifications from GE based on the fit guarantee. One week in, we cannot speak to the reliability of the oven but we're hopeful and everything else seems great.
