So far I LOVE it. I have to figure out the probe. It won’t let me set the temp lower than 170 degrees. We like our meat rare to medium rare, which is 140 to 150 degrees.

great oven

I had a GE oven I got about 10 years ago and had an issue with the buttons so when doing a kitchen re-mod I thought I would replace the buttons, well I found out there was a recall on this issue and parts were n/a any more. I called GE to complain and they were very understanding and made me an offer I could not refuse. having this oven now makes me wish my other one crapped out sooner! I love this thing, the only reason I have to get out of my lazy-boy is to put stuff in it, all operation is done (for me) is through the app,siri or alexa this is great! the only drawback (as per other reviews) is timer is not very loud BUT with other devices that everyone has this is no an issue for me, alexa or siri will let me know when it is time. oven was running about 15 deg.hot But that was easy to adj. now she is right-on.

Cooks food perfectly and is so much prettier than I thought it would be! Very very happy with this oven. We’ve been baking pizzas and cookies at the same time. Fun.
