Great Oven, But Deeper Dimension Than Expected

I love the double oven! My only complaint is that they extended the back of the cabinet such that the power cable is now on the outside of the cabinet rather than integrated into the back of the unit, which meant that the depth has been extended from previous models and therefore required more work for it to fit. I had to wind up extending the power cabling into the hole and connecting it to a junction box in the ceiling. I thought that ALL 27" models were standard, but the newer ones (replacing an original model that was 30 years old) do not properly fit in the hole where the other unit was. It required more work, but ultimately I am pleased.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's a piece of crap. Had it 6 days and the bottom light would not go off. Then the control panel lights would not turn off. Then the bottom oven stopped working (....thinks the door is 'open').

Great Oven Light and Windows, 30 A Breaker Works

Replaced a Kitchen Aid from 1993, which had a 30 A breaker and wiring. GE was the only modern oven that is still 30 A. Others are 40 A. So there was only one choice, but it was a great choice. I love the oven. It's much larger inside than the old Kitchen Aid. Looks fantastic too. Works great. LOVE the oven light and the large windows--you can actually see what's going on inside ovens without opening door.

Fine Oven

This oven works fine. There are no real special features. I also don’t really think the convection changes much about the cooking process. The fan goes off and on a lot but things I’ve cook seem to be the same using convection or not.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
