User Interface needs some work

The oven works well, but the menus are a bit confusing. Also, when using a meat probe, one must fully shut the oven off to dismiss the alert that the probe reached its temperature. Also, I've had the controls go into "Control Lock" mode for reasons I cannot explain. When I unlocked it, the ovens both shut off. I then had to remember what I had both ovens set to. I'm not yet sure if this was some kind of a user error, or a glitch, but odd behavior/user-interface nonetheless.

Love these so far. I haven’t used all the features yet, but love the pull out rack and hidden, digital display when not in use. I still need to figure out the remote turn on.
