New to electric oven I do like the quality my only problem is the time it takes to preheat other than that it’s beautiful and works very well

We looked at a number of wall ovens to replace the old one we had. This oven not only looks very nice, but is easy to use even for someone who isn't technically proficient. I like the way the racks can extend far enough preventing getting too near the hot parts when putting something in or taking something out.
The oven was easy to install and was a little smaller in height than that one we replaced so we made a drawer to fit over it before we installed it. We did have to move the electrical box to the top of the enclosure, but that was not too difficult and made placing it very simple. The instructions were quite clear and precise, both to install and to use this oven.

Look great not the best I've used

This double oven looks great and touts great features but don't be fooled. They don't heat evenly or consistently ro temperature. They take a very long time to preheat. Wish I had kept my old appliances.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love my double oven. Hosting Thanksgiving was easy due to the extra space so all dishes were ready at the same time! Features using the app make preheating and timing so much more efficient!

This is a great product! It cooks amazing and has great features. Hooking it up to wifi and installing the Smart HQ app is the way to go! You could start warming up your oven on your way home from your favorite take and bake pizza place. Just preheat to 425 deg. :)

Very good double oven

This is a nice double oven. Working well in my kitchen. My only issue is with the special rack. It was difficult to remove. It says it's the heavier duty rack to be used in the bottom, yet it was installed in the middle. Otherwise, it heats up to the right temperature and maintains the heat during the cooking process.
I would recommend this to a friend!
