Oven as delivered did not work

Purchased this oven to replace my 12 year old GE double oven. The bottom oven worked fine but the upper oven did not. There was flaw with either the button switch that senses the door closed or the main board itself. The dealer was fantastic in dealing with this and provided a technician and got parts on order right away. They will be installed this week. However, this review isn't about my dealer but the poor initial quality of the oven.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Remote controlled, I love it!!!

I love this oven! My Mom does not speak English, so it is next to impossible for her to bake something she wants. But, this oven with WiFi and remote start is amazing! I can start, turn it off, set up the temperature and be notified when the temperature is right on my phone. Love. Love. Love.

Horrible chemical smell that caused me to open the doors. The smell has not fully gone away yet, which is concerned. Not sure if the paint used for the inside of the oven is good (foreign?).

Hello Clarkc2. A small amount of smoke or odor from the oven is not uncommon the first time a new range is used. It is caused by the heating of new parts, insulating materials, or the tape used in shipping, and should dissipate after the first few uses. Thanks for the feedback!

Quiet and smart oven!

This double oven has all the features I wanted: quiet fan, extended roller rack, sleek style and it is very smart. Can program from my phone as well as delayed start. Cooking has never been easier.
