Oven fine but with issues

Overall like the oven but…the racks on both top and bottom do not slide in or out easily. Also, the oven lights are not independently controlled, it’s either both on or both off. Both of these issues are easy fixes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We want to help you with your racks sticking. Try putting a small amount of vegetable oil on a soft cloth or paper towel. Rub the vegetable oil onto the left and right edge of the racks, ensuring they are lightly coated. Please review the following link for more troubleshooting tips.

I should have researched this product more. I don't use Air Fry option because I do not want to download an app to use my oven. I do not like that both oven lights must be on or off at the same time. The oven is spacious, but only came with 2 racks for each oven. Convection temp seems a little off. The control panel is not the most intuitive. I do like that the proofing feature warns if oven is too hot

This oven works SO well! It heats up quickly and cooks food evenly and quickly. I love the air fryer feature as well.
