I bought this a month ago as part of a new kitchen package. It is a beautiful finish that would go well in any kitchen. Most impressed with how quiet it is when in cycle.

Worst Customer Service

We bought a complete kitchen set less than a year ago and three weeks ago our dishwasher broke down. We have submitted three service requests, have emailed, phoned multiple times, messaged the company through their website and can't get ahold of anyone who can help us. We have contacted the appliance store that sold it to us and the Thor phone number they gave us is no longer in service. We have built and moved from many homes and this is the first time we have gone with the Thor brand for our kitchen. We will never make that mistake again, this customer service is incredibly poor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The unit works well. The buttons are on top of the door which is nice so you don’t bump them. The buttons are easy to push as well. The downfall with the buttons is it is hard to really understand what each one actually does. You have to hit a number of buttons to get it to work as well. Over all the unit is nice and cleans the dishes well.

This unit works very well. The only downfall would be the understanding of the buttons. It is a little confusing on what buttons to select to run your machine through a load. Other than that it seems very nice. It is easy to place dishes in and seems to be sturdy. I like how the buttons are on the top of the door rather on the side. Less chance to bump them..

I love that this model is stainless steel on the inside. It is quite and it gives a countdown time on display. Buttons are hidden and can be locked so little fingers don’t play Mozart.
