We recently got our kitchen redone and we needed to change from an OTR to a drawer microwave. We couldn’t be happier with the result: the Zephyr microwave works perfectly and the design and aesthetics matches really well with our new kitchen. In addition, our contractor told us the installation was easy and smooth. I wish we had installed it earlier! 100% recommended!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Door slams shut hard and loud, spills drinks

The drawer on this microwave does not slow down when closing, causing a loud slam, vibration and spilled drinks. Super disappointed. No service available in Canada so I have to return it to where I purchased it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
