I HAD AN ISSUE WITH ONE KNOB FALLING OFF ALL THE TIME AND I SENT AN E-MAIL AND THE SENT ME A WHOLE SET OF NEW KNOBS.

Using it now for the first time. I Love it.Has lots of extras, air fryer rack, wok burner,griddle. Oven racks are on glide so they don't pull out. Knobs light up...just so nice!
