Blew the breaker

Plugged in and breaker blew, wires crimped from factory installation by the back panel which caused the short. Rcvd wiring harness and now fixed. I wish someone could tell me how to turn off the RED sensor lights on the knobs. They come on when the house gets dark and aluminates the whole house up and is annoying. The only mention of this is in the manual pointing to what is called “Magic Lights”. These lights are unnecessary and only waste electricity. Not a good appliance or “option” when living in the country. If i would have known of this feature, I would not have purchased it. Bernice

Product defective out of the box

Just connected my new 36" range. Heard a pop, and the breaker flipped. An exposed wire made contact with the panel and burned.

New install/1 burner not working

I love the way my new stove looks in my new kitchen but unfortunately one of the six burners in not igniting. I urgently need service as soon as possible.
