I have had only problems with this printer, HATE IT!

Worst Wireless Printer

Hate this printer, nothing but software problems trying to keep the wireless function. I always have to plug the usb in in order print.
Cons: unreliable, wireless capability

Not a problem with set up. I Just plug in all the cords, follow instructions and restart at the end of installation. We love this printer. I have a windows 7 laptop and my daughter has a Mac laptop. The wireless feature is great from any where in the house.
Pros: reliable, durable, Lightweight/Portable, Sharp Tones & Colors, fast print speed, easy to use, wireless
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ink smears on glossy paper

I bought this printer to print pictures and cd/dvd labels. Both use Glossy paper. After printing a set of dvd labels , I found
that the ink would smear , even rub off. Even an hour and 45
min's later the ink is smearing. Just the dark colors . I have never seen this before. Please don' t tell me I have to buy only your paper!

Trouble Right from start

After tinkering and frustrating time with just getting this printer to respond, I have given up. Won't work with wireless nor will it work with wire. It is plugged in and does not respond after coming here to this website to download the driver here. WOW...Can think of many more ways to spend a Sunday afternoon than doing something that should be pretty simple!
Wrapping this boy back up and back to the store with you, going to buy a foreign brand printer.

I thought this printer would be great for my needs...my needs were wireless! This printer never works unless I hook it directly to my computer. Absolutely horrible...do not waste your money!
